Gmail seems to be more popular than Outlook these days. Personally, it’s Outlook all the way for me. In order to show how versatile it can be I’ve written some useful tips. Here’s just one.
To Automatically file an email, use the following steps
1. Create a Folder: Ctrl + Shift + E and name it
2. Select an email that you want to go into the new folder
3. Right-click the email, click “Rules”
4. Choose “Always move messages from”
5. Select the new folder
Your messages from that particular sender will then always go to the specified folder, simple!
